Our rules are meant to protect everyone!  By ordering as an approved retailer, you agree to the following.

- You are required to sell items at no less than the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP). However we also understand it is important to have Flash & Seasonal Sales. Please keep sale discounts than no more than 20% off. Items should not be put on sale within 45 days of receiving to keep it fair for all retailers.

- Feel free to use the branded photos from the website/facebook group, or take your own!

- You may not remove our labeling or branding from the images OR product. We provide quality zip pouches and branded tags.

- You may only sell-off/destash to APPROVED KaraMarie retailers.  Singles are able to be sold off for personal use only.   

- KaraMarie stands behind the quality of our product. Damage requests upon receiving your order must be reported with photos and order number within 7-10 business days after receiving product. Any other damage requests from consumers will be honored for up to 1 year from wholesale order date. Please send damage requests to info@karamariewholesale.com.

If it is discovered the rules were not followed, it may result in you losing your account or having your account suspended.  As we grow, we will be developing a zip code protection program for brick and mortar locations.
